Player of the Year Jeremiah Bowman Notre Dame Academy

Jeremiah Bowman was the Division II Player of the Year after leading Notre Dame Academy to the State Championship with a blowout over Roanoke Academy. Bowman led all scorers with 23 points, and was named the tournament MVP. The 6-foot-2 point guard has a scholorship to Marist. He was joined by teammate Andrey Semenov, a 6-foot-8 junior who is playing with the Boo Williams 17U team. One name you should get familiar with is sophomore Andre Dawkins [pictured right] of Atlantic Shores. Andre averaged over 18 ppg, while leading Atlantic Shores to the state semi-finals. His name should appear on this list several more times. Point Guard DeAngelo Robinson and shot-blocker Brandon Evans finished their careers at Roanoke Catholic with three state championship appearences.
